By making a purchase via Rudi Valentino website, the following agreement between the customer (you) with a minimum age of 18 years or lower with parental consent and the retailer Rudi Valentino is legally binding until further notice. As soon as the order has been placed by you, Rudi Valentino will send out a confirmation email to the email address stated in your customer profile.

It is the full responsibility of users to provide a functioning address and check the order confirmation thoroughly for possible errors and to ensure that, when utilising this web site to order products, users must double check products ordered before checkout i.e., measurements, design types, quality and sharpness of photos and any other sundries requested; this web site will not be responsible for errors made by users who fail to accurately check products ordered or sent, it is important that you contact us immediately in case you wish to change or correct any details in your order. Please note that measurement directions must be followed to the on-sight videos as accurate as possible, you will be asked if you require loose fit or tight fit, depending on your choice, the tailors will add for tight fit an additional 2.5” and for loose fit approx. 3.5”.

Once a custom-made garment has been cut (i.e. production has started), no further changes can be applied, in terms of photos sent, the quality and sharpness must be good to allow the artist to return a professional finished product. Information about the status of the order is accessible via the customer’s account at any time. As soon as the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing possible tracking links is sent to the customer. Upon the receipt of the goods through the customer, the contract is regarded as concluded; however if errors are made by Rudi Valentino Tailors or Artist the products will be corrected free of charge by at Rudi Valentino.

Company LOGO Customers/Personalised Initials

All orders sent from Rudi Valentino’s manufactures will incorporate the company LOGO where appropriate. As part of a personal treatment Customers can request at a small charge their own initials/colour further customising their article, maximum of 3 letters included, embroidered on their article being purchased.

Prices

The final amount of the order will be displayed in the shopping cart; shipping will depend on the destination and the weight of the items. Currently shipment of orders is always duty-free within the EU, if for any reason this process changes any duty charge will be the customer responsibility.

As soon as the order value is paid, the processing of your order will be started. When paying via credit card or other direct payment methods, the order value will be withdrawn instantly.

Delivery of Customer products is subject to a time scale from time of manufactures receipt; depends on the quantity and complexity of work required to complete the product/s. An estimate of timescale and delivery times for items received by our manufactures is shown on the Web site; any further queries can be addressed to our administrators by e-mail.
